As you probably know also this year there will be a 1000km endurance race in Riga.
“1000km Grand Prix Riga 2011” will take place in Bikernieki track from 1st to 3rd September. (September 1st – arrival, scrutineering; September 2nd – qualification; September 3rd – 1000km race).
Cars will be divided in three classes:
- up to 1600 cm3
- up to 2000 cm3
- over 2000 cm3
- Upon the participants’ request and at the Organizers’ discretion other groups may be added. In the requested additional group at least 5 cars shall participate.
From 2 to 5 drivers in every car.

Update: During “1000km Grand Prix Riga” also 2nd round of “Baltic Endurance Championship” will take place in Bikernieki track, Riga. Both races will have joint start, but „Baltic Endurance Championship” race distance will be only 333 km. Teams can enter both races at the same time or just participate in one or the other.
