Hello for everyone here.
First i have to say I´m sorry that I don´t write or read Estonian cause I´m Finnish. . . so in English

I´d be pleased if someone (who really knows) can help me in this question regarding Tallinn -04.

There is a new class E10 for National cars (group E), over 2000 cc 4WD; 2WD turbo. Is this class for older cars which international homologation has ended?
For example:
Ford Sierra Cosworth (Turbo 4WD)
Lancia Delta Integrale (Turbo 4WD)
Mitsubishi Galant VR4 (Turbo 4WD)
etc..

Also I´d like to know which are rules for group E cars seats and safety belts. Do they have to be stamped for example (Not valid after 2004 and/or afterwards). Or do they have to fill up with same rules like groups A & N?

Concerning your questions about safety equipment and their homologations:

3.8.4 Võistlustel peavad sõitjad kandma vähemalt FIA 1986 standarditele vastavaid sõiduülikondi, näokatteid, kingi ja kindaid.
3.8.5 Turvavööd peavad olema kehtiva homologatsiooniga, laiusega min 3” ja vähemalt 4-punkti kinnitusega.
3.8.4 Istmed peavad vastama vähemalt FIA 1986 standarditele.
3.8.5 Kõik võistlejad peavad kandma kiivreid, mis vastavad ühele järgnevatest standarditest :
-Snell Foundation 1995-SA ja 2000-SA
-SFI Foundation, SFI spec 31.1A ; 31.1 ; 31.2A; 31.2
-British Standard Institution BS-6658-85 type A/FR
Lisaks võib kasutada kuni 01.02.2004 järgmisi FIA standarditele vastavaid kiivreid:
-SIS 88.24.11(2) -Rootsi
-DS 2124.1 -Taani
-SFS 2653 -Soome
-ONS/OMK -Saksamaa
-NF S 72305 -Prantsusmaa
3.8.6 Ohutusstruktuurid peavad vastama FIA VM lisa J Art 253 punktile 8.

The seatbelts have to be at least "4-spot connection", at least 3" wide and they must have valid homologation.
