JWRC:Evolved Rallifoorum Challenge Season 2008 rules in estonian.

1. Sõidetakse PS2/PS3-ga, online-s Central Station-s, WRC:Evolved mängu ja JWRC autodega.
2. Võistlustele registreeritud piloot on kohustatud sõitma võistlustele registreeritud auto, nime-ja meeskonna all. Vastasel juhul registreeritud piloodi punktid antud etapil tühistatakse. Punkti 2 korduval eiramisel kõrvaldatakse registreeritud piloot RFCO hooajalt.
3. Ralli etapid toimuvad vastavalt hooaja kalendrile ja neid on kokku 16.
4. Etapp sõidetakse läbi kaks korda järjest, kokku tuleb kuus katset e. SS-i. Näit. SS1, SS2, SS3 ja uuesti SS1, SS2 ja SS3.
5. Igale SS-ile e.katsele starditakse 10-ne sekundiliste vahedega. Soovituslikult startida eraldi.
6. Ralli sõitjal on üks võimalus e."1attempt" iga SS-i peale.
7.1 SuperRalliSüsteem (SRS) - Ralli ajal mis iganes viisil sõidetavast toast (SS-st e.katsest) ja online-st välja kukkumisel või minemisel protokollitakse sõitjale katsel esimese piloodi aeg +30 sekundit. Välja kukutud tuppa (SS e.katse) ei ole lubatud tagasi tulla (välja arvatud p.7.2), rallit tuleb jätkata järgmisest toast (SS-ist e.katsest). Kohtunik võib tuppa (SS-le e.katsele) naasta, kuid ei tohi sõita.

Kui tuppa (SS-le e.katsele) tagasi ei jõua, siis protokollitakse sõitjale katsel esimese piloodi aeg +30 sekundit. Käesolev punkt ei kehti alates sellest hetkest kui, piloot on juba rajal ja toa lobby-s on näha tema nime taga kirjet "raceing".
VIHJE: Kui oled lõpetanud sõidu, nime taga on kirje finished ja mäng jookseb kokku, siis arvuta kokku kui palju aega jäi toa (SS e.katse) lõpuni. Kui end enne screen-i tegemist välja ei logi, siis on võimalus, et jääd veel sõidetud toa (SS e.katse) scriinile ja aeg läheb kirja.
8. Selleks, et saada rallilt tulemus kirja ja teenida hooajapunkte, peab saama protokollitud kuus(6) katset(SS-i) või kasutama SRS-i(SuperRalliSüsteemi) ja saama protokollitud vähemalt neli(4) katset(SS-i). Vastasel juhul võistleja ajad tühistatakse ja ralli loetakse katkestanuks.
9. Võistlejate ajad protokollivad kohtunikud. Protokoll- SS-i/toa lõppedes ilmub ekraanile paremustabel sõidetud aegadega millest tehakse "scriin". Juhul kui sõitja aega ei ole protokollis käsitletakse seda kui p.7.
10. Hooaja kohtunikud on Krusa, Heix, Mr.Pants, Milor, Strike, Riho M. Kohtunikud jälgivad kas sõitjatel on tuppa (SS e.katse) tulemisel ja rajale minemisel online probleeme. Igas toas (SS-l e.katsel) on vähemalt kaks kohtuniku. Kohtunik1 teeb toa, siis on sõitjatel õigus minna rajale. Kohtunik2 stardib peale kohtunik1 finisheerumist.
11. Lubatud on juhi abid e. Driver Aids.
12. Keelatud on kasutada Cheat-e. Vastasel juhul antakse eluaegne võistluskeeld RFCO-s!
13. Ralli etappe sõidetakse igal teisipäeval algusega kell 21.00 & 22.00. Kl 21-se toa nimed on “RF1” või“rf1” ja kl 22-se toa nimed "RF2" või "rf2". Ajad ilmuvad RFi järgneval päeval RFC Online vastav etapp teema alla.
14. Punktisüsteem - Moto GP süsteem: 1.-25p, 2.-20p, 3.-16p, 4.-13p, 5.-11p, 6.-10p, 7.-9p, 8.-8p, 9.-7p, 10.-6p, 11.-5p, 12.-4p, 13.-3p, 14.-2p, 15.-1p, 16.-0p, 17.-0p jne 0p . Meeskondlike punkte toovad kõik meeskonna piloodid.
15. Korraldajatel on õigus muuta reegleid. Korraldajatel on õiges võistleja tulemus tühistada, võistluselt kõrvaldada, jagada trahvisekundeid või anda võistluskeeld, kui see ei vasta ülaltoodud reeglitele või on ebasportlik.
16. Iga etapi eel, esmaspäeval kell 22.00 toimub ametlik Shakedown. Shakedown - ralli lühim SS e.katse ja seda läbitakse kolmel(3) korral, kirja läheb kolmest läbimisest parim aeg. Shakedown on vabatahtlik ja selle eest ei jagata hooaja punkte.
17. Iga etapi järel toimub ühisstardiga varia ralli, mis ei ole kohustuslik ega kuulu hooaja punkti arvestusse. Toa nimi "RF varia" või "rf varia".
18. Paroolid saadetakse kõigile privaatselt. Paroolide edasi andmine kolmandatele isikutele ei ole lubatud. Paroolide muutumisest antakse kõigile teada.

JWRC:Evolved Rallifoorum Challenge Season 2008 rules in english.

1. The game is played only with PS2/PS3, online in central-station, with WRC Evolved game and JWRC cars.
2. Registered drivers must drive with their registered car, name and team. To ignore this means the registered driver's stage points will be cancelled. Continually ignoring this rule will mean a ban for the registered driver.
3. Rallies are held according to the season calendar. There will be 16 events.
4. One rally will be driven through 2 times (6 stages). E.g. SS1, SS2, SS3 and again SS1, SS2, SS3.
5. The starting interval is 10 seconds. The recommendation is to start individually.
6. Each driver has only one attempt (1 attempt) at each SS.
7.1 Super Rally System (SRS) - When you are taking part in the rally, no matter which room (SS - SpecialStage) you are in, when you fall offline or you leave the game (SS - SpecialStage), you will receive a penalty: first time from the stage +30 seconds. You can only re-enter the room (SS – SpecialStage) if conditions in rule 7.2 are met. If you have left the room (SS – SpecialStage) when 'racing' the stage, you can only go to the next room (SS – SpecialStage) and continue the rally. Referees are allowed to re-enter, but not allowed to drive.
7.2 Restart-rejoining - If you fall offline when entering the room (SS - SpecialStage) or the game freezes BEFORE you begin racing, you are allowed to re-enter the room (SS - SpecialStage). If you don't make it back to the room before it is 'closed', then you will receive a penalty: first time from the stage +30 seconds. When your lobby status changes to 'racing' rule 7.1 will apply.
TIP: If you finish the stage and have a PS2 'freeze' try to estimate how long it will be until the last driver has finished before rebooting the PS2. Your finished time will still be displayed on the final screen even if you are 'frozen' but not if you have rebooted too soon. Only driver times recorded on the final screen are valid otherwise rule 7.1 applies.
8. To get the result from the rally and score points, you either have to finish or use SRS (SuperRallySystem) and finish at least 4 SS (SS – SpecialStage). If you don´t finish 4 stages your stage times will be cancelled and you´ll get a retirement.
9. The drivers times are protocolled by the referees. Protocol - at the end of SS, a table with the driven times will appear on the TV screen. The referees will take a screenshot of that table. When a driver doesn´t have a time in this protocol, they will get exactly the same penalty as mentioned in point 7!
10. The referees are Krusa, Heix, Mr.Pants, Milor, Strike, Riho M. Referees will watch for drivers having connection problems when entering the room, 'freezing', falling offline or leaving the room. There will be, at least, 2 referees in each room. Referee1 will begin the stage, drivers are then free to race. Referee2 will watch for driver 'freezes' before they begin racing. When referee1 has finished referee2 will race.
11. The driving aids are allowed.
12. The cheats are forbidden. When you are cheating, you´ll get a lifelong ban from RFCO.
13. Rallies are held every Tuesday at 21.00 (09.00PM) (GMT+2) / AND / 22.00 (10.00PM) (GMT+2). The name of the first room, which starts at 21.00 (09.00PM) (GMT+2), is “RF1” or ”rf1”. The name of the second room, which starts at 22.00 (10.00PM) (GMT+2), is “RF2” or ”rf2”. The times will appear under the topic: RFCO (the name of the rally), on Thursday.
14. Point system - Moto GP system: 1.-25p, 2.-20p, 3.-16p, 4.-13p, 5.-11p, 6.-10p, 7.-9p, 8.-8p, 9.-7p, 10.-6p, 11.-5p, 12.-4p, 13.-3p, 14.-2p, 15.-1p, 16.-0p, 17.-0p and so on with 0p. All drivers are eligible to score points for the manufacturer/team.
15. Organizers are allowed to change the rules. Organizers are allowed to cancel the driver’s times, eliminate the driver from the race, give the driver's penalties or ban them from RFCO, when something is not in accord with the rules or when the driver is not acting like a real sportsman.
16. Before every rally, on Monday at 22.00 (10.00PM) (GMT+2) an official Shakedown will be held. Shakedown - the shortest stage of the rally will be driven through 3 times, best time will be protocolled. Shakedown is not compulsory, and doesn´t give points.
17. After each rally, there will be a collective start Varia rally. This is not compulsory, and doesn´t give points. The name of the host is “RF varia” or “rf varia”.
18. Passwords will be sent in private. Passwords are personal and must not to be given to non registered drivers. When the password changes, all the drivers will get the new password.
